Leveraging employee-owned devices for businesses communications not only reduces an enterprise’s need to invest in company-liable devices, but also reduces support costs.
However, in spite of the obvious benefits, organisations have been slow to embrace BYOD, mostly due to concerns around security and the complexities of delivering similar applications and services on a wide variety of device platforms.
